“When Signature Homes built our home, they referred to us a company called Accublinds to install our shutters. After just a few months, the shutters started to sag in the middle. When we contacted Accublinds about the problem, they were extremely apologetic and, to our surprise, completely replaced the shutters in every window in our house. We received the best customer service anyone could ask for. Two of our neighbors used companies other than Accublinds and had the same problem we had, but did not get the same customer service we did. For example, they did not receive a refund or new shutters. Since this has happened, Accublinds no longer used the company that manufactures these defective shutters. Accublinds is the only company that we have seen that uses shutters with a reinforced metal bar in the middle to prevent sagging. The bar inside produces a solid shutter that one can tell is quality.
